Author Bio: (from book) Hetansh Desai is the Founder & CEO of Vital20 Communications, a marketing consultancy based out of Mumbai. He has pursued his graduation in Liberal Studies and post-graduation in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College, USA. You can find him in Ahmedabad - as his family lives there - or in Mumbai, or on a cheap, midnight SpiceJet flight.

In his free time, he loves playing and watching cricket, reading the Bhagvad Gita over and over again, and listening to music. His hobbies include, you guessed it right, writing, and public speaking.

What he doesn't like, clearly, is writing about himself in the third person.

Book Review: "Zidd!" by Hetansh Desai is a contemporary fiction that inspires entrepreneurship and is a must-read for all budding entrepreneurs. It is one of a kind story that highlights the essence of startups from young entrepreneurial minds. There is an atmosphere of urgency throughout the pages where characters learn in what particular tasks they are good at and do not shy away from collaborating. It is different from other books in this genre since friendship and coalitions form an important part of the plot along with romance and rivalry to deliver the morals in the story.

Vihaan and Parth, the two protagonists of the story, come from two starkly different backgrounds. While Vihaan is the son of a rich businessman, Parth is the son of a tea seller. The story opens during the teen years of both protagonists where we come to know that Vihaan is good at giving ideas while Parth is good at selling. So naturally, it is no surprise that big things are expected when both of them meet during college life. Parth wants to start his own business while Vihaan desperately wants to get into a relationship with Raina. Parallelly the dean of their college also wants autonomy for his institution. The author has crafted a remarkable storyline where all these characters compliment each other into realizing big dreams and also providing valuable tips for sales, business, and negotiations.

This book will appeal to romance fiction and startup story lovers. The notion that man is a social being is well depicted in the plot. Will Vihaan be able to put up his hoarding in front of Raina's flat? Will Parth be able to start his own business? Will their dean get autonomy for his institution? One must read this story to find answers as the characters go on a roller-coaster ride dealing with allies and enemies to fulfill their dreams and also realize their true potential in the process.
